Health & Wellness

My relationship with health and wellness didn’t begin with a goal weight or a perfect plan.

It began when my mom was diagnosed with a terminal illness. In that season, something shifted for me. I wanted to be here — really here — for my family. I wanted strength, energy, and longevity, not just for myself, but for the people who depend on me.

That’s when I started taking my health more seriously. I found movement that works for me, including Orange Theory, and began paying closer attention to how I care for my body. Not perfectly — but intentionally.

I try to eat well most of the time. I make thoughtful choices. I also live in the real world. I don’t believe in restriction, and I don’t believe that health has to look like chicken and vegetables at every meal. My weight fluctuates. My energy ebbs and flows. Some seasons are stronger than others.

This space is about balance, honesty, and progress — not perfection. I’ll be sharing what works for me, what I’m learning, and how I navigate wellness in a way that supports real life. Movement, food, mindset, and the grace it takes to keep showing up even when things aren’t linear.

If you’re looking for extremes, this won’t be the place. But if you’re looking for a realistic, compassionate approach to wellness — one that leaves room for life — you’re welcome here.

This section will grow as I do.
